Looking at pictures, updates of what he was doing, dedicated time in the morning and after work. The first few weeks are the hardest but like with having a baby you’ll find your routine and adjust 💕

My husband was starting his paternity leave so knowing she was able to get more quality time with her dad made me feel a tiny bit better more comfortable

i am lucky enough to have a daycare down the street from my office, so i can go visit my girl at lunch. but on days when i can’t, having lots of pictures of her in my space and having dedicated time in the evening for just the two of us makes it a little easier! also staying busy at work helps me to not overthink. it can be hard but you’ve got this!
