So I've been making lists about old nollywood movies ie old nollywood covers, best movies of the 90s,best movies of the 2000s,classic nollywood actresses, etc. Classic Nollywood is one topic I'm most passionate about because it brings back memories of my childhood starting from the advertisements, the soundtrack, the vintage style of houses and interiors and the actors and actresses. I remember watching billionaires club and being scared throughout the night not being able to sleep because of the originality they brought with the scenes of Victoria being murdered in cold blood and her spirit hunting Zed 😩. World apart came with an intriguing storyline of a village girl who innocently fell in love with the prince of Awada kingdom and vice versa. I remember Mr Ibu and Mmuo his son, Mmuo means spirit in igbo 😂😂😂, how can one name their child spirit for crying out loud 😂. Only their names, behaviors and mannerisms would make you laugh your heart out 😂😂😂. I also remember seeing a million tears and crying my eyes out because she still died at the end of it all 😭. Snake girl also scared the shot outta me 😩. I think princess Tyra was an introduction of Ghanaians into nollywood as it was mixed with both Nigerian and Ghanaian actors. There's one other movie I think was also too good that involved Ghanaians and Nigerias but I can't quite remember the name right now. The nollywood industry was huge and still waxing strong because Nigerians are good at what we do 💪.
