@thelongevitydude: As humans, we should be deep squatting well throughout our 70s and 80s. Unfortunately, many people are choosing to sacrifice their mobility by remaining sedentary and staying stuck in basic movement patterns. Instead of training to fortify the critical muscles that will stabilize us as we age, we sit by and let them atrophy, essentially condemning ourselves to years of weakness and frailty. Do you want to be a badass when you're 75? Squat deep. Feel the burn. Find your balance. Repeat.
