@survivingobesity: Good morning! This was my workout yesterday, Day 9 of the 30 day upper body challenge with Coach @Sylvester Sampson IIl This was the hardest day so far, because the slow and controlled movements really worked my mind! I WANTED to drop to a lower weight or stop midway through, but I DIDN'T! Of course this morning I am sore, but I still hit the gym to do day 10 and my legs! The devil will try to break you when you have your mind set on a goal. To be successful you gotta ignore him and stay dedicated! The worse person you can EVER LET DOWN IS YOURSELF! DONT DO IT! I hope you are encouraged and doing something daily to make yourself and the Lord Jesus proud!
