I had mine at 30 for hip dysplasia! Turned 40 this year and going strong with dead lifting, running, jumping, hiking 70+ miles over 7 days! The body is amazing!

just because you can lift weights should you actually be doing that? the hip has an expiration date and you are shortening it.
