@ken.arrington: The Evolution of Hell & The Apocrypha Book That Challenged Revelation - The Revelation of Peter Jesus never said the word hell. Not in Aramaic, not in Greek. The fiery place of torment most Christians picture today did not come from the Bible. It came from centuries of evolving tradition, apocalyptic imagination, and cultural fear. One of the most influential sources was a book that almost made it into the Bible: The Apocalypse of Peter. Quoted by early Church Fathers like Clement of Alexandria, it was read aloud in churches and even listed alongside Revelation in early canon lists like the Muratorian Fragment. Some communities preferred it over Revelation. It described graphic, symbolic punishments for sinners, not from Satan, but from angels. Though it was eventually excluded from the canon, it shaped Christian views of hell for centuries. You can read it today in The Complete 100 Book Apocrypha, a collection of powerful, forgotten texts that reveal how fear, imagination, and theology created ideas many now assume are biblical. #apocrypha #hell #biblestudy #kenarrington #religiousdeconstruction #creatorsearchinsights

THE BRIDE OF JESUS CHRIST :
and who cares about what kind of punishment there will be? the main thing is are you saved are you living this new life in Jesus and if your not then you will be going to a hell and you will be separated from love period and you will burn so I think that's enough don't need to know weither a human will be put through different types of hell.

They try to support the idea of Hell out of Luke chapter 16, but the Rich man only complained that his Tounge was on fire. Not his body

This is all so much to follow & try to understand, so all the more I'm especially thankful for the simple gospel that in believing & receiving that Jesus was God with us & that He lived & died on a cross for our sins, & resurrected-- we are saved & granted life eternal. We are to strive earnestly daily to seek & walk with Him. Thank you Lord💜

Luke 16:28 talks of hell as a place of torment. Rev 14:11 talks as hell a place of torment. Luke 16:23 describes Hell as being in torments. You are right that satin and the demons won’t be doing but brother, you are REALLY splitting hairs.

Well this is great. I was telling my husband about you the other day and that I finally found someone I feel that I can trust with scriptural teaching. He said he was curious about your thoughts on hell because that is a concept that messed him up as a kid and was the final straw for me when I learned the truth. So this was perfect timing to stumble across.

I believe Jesus said Gehenna instead of Hell. In Jewish common knowledge at the time Gehenna was understood as a place of punishment
