I sware when I was a little kid I would just casually astral project and manifest instantly without realising what I was doing but then as I got older I stopped being able to do it and now I can’t do it anymore

Lucid dreaming techs and astral projection techs are literally all the same and use the same mechanics. Lucidity is a spectrum and most people think they can’t control what happens in “astral projection” because they believe they can’t and they believe they’re in astral. The subconscious mind again is all about belief, that’s why for example when i want to fly i say to myself in a dream “i am flying” before it even happens
