@curlyrican95: not only I'm doing this challenge, I've been trying to eat better or at least eat in general (I have ED),drink water (4 bottles a day,what i need due to my weight) and add some other workouts, stretching etc. I'm definitely feeling better, my sleep is improving and I see some slight change or maybe is me. anyways hoping this will motivate you guys,let's start giving ourselves love like we give others #contentcreator #curlyrican95 #squatchallenge
