the teacher I work for is not helping my special needs students with her best intent. she ignores our concerns, has made people quit from stress, and ive advocated all i can to the union and the principal. our students have plateaud or regressed. another coworker of mine stopped caring, and has managed to get out of work for "stress" for 8/10months of last year. since she's on payroll we can't replace her, so now I'm doing her job w/ her 2kinder students AND my 4, 4th and 2, 5th Graders. work starts up next week, and I already know its gonna be another 10months of trying our best. am I burnt out before starting, yea. but can I just leave these kids with some of these half assed workers. HELL NO.

my gf of 3yrs broke up with me last week bc she believed i was too childish and never prioritized her over nursing school, even though i would make the 3 hour drive every weekend to spend a couple days with her. i have 2 months until i graduate and she now decides she’s tired of waiting for me. my life was about her and school and getting the money to live a great life with her. but now that she’s gone i feel lost, like all im doing is for nothing. she was there for me in the very beginning of everything, she was my savior. now i just have a longing for what i once had for her and now my fyp is all abt break ups n shi and it’s pmo
