Yes! I have major anxiety but I don’t admit to it because docs are looking for “fear” based anxiety, and mine is felt from a “bodily state”. My BODY feels like tv static all the time and it’s frustrating. I have a ferritin level of 8, three autoimmune diseases (asthma, hypothyroidism, psoriasis) and in the beginning stages of psoriatic arthritis. My body is constantly on edge. But my dics not only suggest nothing for my iron deficiency anemia, but try to state anxiety is fear based. No, I FEEL LIKE SHIT

oh god, I'm on sertraline, Vyvanse, sleeping pills, iron 300mg. I'm in therapy for depression and anxiety. I'm followed by a doctor, psychiatrist, neurologist and they all tell me it's in my head 😭. I'm telling them I feel that way because of the symptom of brain fog and fatigue and I can't keep up like a normal person at work. I do everything they say to help me but I'm more exhausted because I have to do more things than before. I don't know if I can't keep up like this 🥺

My ferritin is 4 L. Yes 4. I’m so tired. I’ve done iron infusions, iron pills, iron fortified foods, foods with high iron and it doesn’t work. I’m so tired and fatigued. I’ve given up in life. I have very little happiness. My anxiety keeps me up all night. It’s never ending.

this interesting. I've been told I have low iron I always get pills never take em. I definitely have bad anxiety..I don't remember it being this bad.😩
