• ¼ cup millet flour (or grind whole millet)

• 1 cup cooked lentils, mashed smooth (warm or room temp)
• 1 ¾ cups water (start with 1 ½ cups and hold back the last ¼ cup if dough is too wet)
• 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
