@thelinds911: i just got this and did my first 10 minutes on it. if someone who has one and knows how to workout could respond to this with some tips on what to do with my arms?? i felt like i was just swinging them trying to balance? i don’t know if thats right. also, anyone have any good advice on workouts with this? i am so excited to begin my workout journey! i plan on right now until i build my stamina doing 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night? is this sufficient? do i need to add a lunch session? someone help me please! #fyp #workoutroutine #workoutmotivation #fitnessmotivation #fittnesstok #momtok
