That happened to be for like 3 months straight I was having panic attacks 2-3 times a day . I never healed from my childhood drama then me being the strong one and being there for everyone else and put my needs last. I had to set boundaries, love my self more and praying to God

I did the same thing. Tried everything holistic I could, with no results. Came to my breaking point recently and prescribed a medication. Only 1 week in I’m praying it helps you and I both and anyone else.

I am all for natural and using therapy. But sometimes you need medication. It may not be forever. But sometimes you need it while you can learn how to manage through therapy or other means. Does not make you any less of an amazing person! You got this!!

I’m there with you friend! I was against all meds that I really didn’t “need” to take & wanted to do it on my own. I did good for a couple years and now it’s got so bad that I just had to get on meds now to help try to control it 😢 it makes me nervous!
