Some of these ppl in the comments saying “omg I might have POTS…” NEEDS to get it diagnosed. I have POTS and it affects my life so horribly that sometimes I can’t even get up in the morning. If this really affects you please get it checked out. Some schools can take you out of P.E (or other special treatment like eating in class) and it helps a lot. Please check in with your doctor :D
