Put a cloth over your eyes like your in a spa! I PANICKED when I first got into it! The girl suggested the towel over the eyes and it worked so good!

I threw up with my head locked in it. lol Nowadays I take a valium and eat 3 to 4 gummies before going in. Your doctor can prescribe that anxiety med for your MRI day. ❤️
