i’m just gonna say this: the reason why. customer service workers lately are so rude is bc they’re all teenagers who do NOT know how to be treated or treat others. everyone is a bully to them or everyone is a target to bully. they lack compassion and common decency.

omg when i went same thing i felt so judged they were standing in front of a section and i politely said excuse me and they looked at me up and down then continued talking and didn’t move so i left

I think it’s a Columbus issue. EVERY worker has an attitude and don’t care. Customer service EVERYWHERE is very much lacking.
