"Bring back bullying" but I still feel like I can't speak up in a room of people I already know unless they're starting the conversation so I know they aren't staring at me thinking of ways to make fun of me or harass me. 36 years old and been to two different countries during wartime but social anxiety is still more stressful than possible death.
