if you spray some dawn power wash dish spray on your shirt and let it sit for a little bit and then wash it that will come out immediately. I typically don't like to use chemicals but that has been my saving grace for laundry

For oil stains - WD-40 on stain, let sit 15 mins. Then cover WD-40 spot entirely with dawn dish soap. Let sit for another 15 mins then rinse thoroughly and launder as usual. Works 100% of the time!!! I read the idea is that the WD-30 brings the oil back to “life” and then the dawn cuts the oil. I think this was a Martha Stewart tip???

Add a good dish soap to it, that cuts grease.. I dont know what brands you have there. But It will draw the oil out, let it sit, then just throw in a normal wash.

Oil stain removal: sodium bicarbonate left on it can draw it out. And then work some dish soap into it to lift it 👍🏻
