CHIA PUDDING RECIPE🍓🍌♥️ (recipe below) This is my favorite breakfast because it tastes amazing! Not to mention it’s so quick to make and with all the toppings it is actually quite filling. Ingredients: - 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 🖤 - 1/2 cup of milk of choice (I used almond) 🥛 - 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup 🍯 - 1/3 cup of granola 🤎 - 1/2 a banana 🍌 - 4 strawberries 🍓 - 2 teaspoons almond butter - 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds🎃 (PS this is for 1 serving! But I would recommend 4 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 cup of milk so that you have some ready for a second breakfast in the fridge for another day😊) Instructions: 1. First, add your milk to a container and add the chia seeds. Mix well and seal. Refrigerate overnight. 2. In the morning, add honey to your chia seeds, mix well! 3. Now sprinkle the granola, add the fruits, drizzle the almond butter and pumpkin seeds and enjoy!!😍 TASTES SO GOOD… (The one thing to keep in mind is to not eat too many chia seeds because they contain so much fiber!
