i use loose powder after my foundation and concealer and blush then do the rest (eyeshadow, lips, all that) and i set with hair spray cuz i found out that setting spray shouldnt tingle and slightly burn after i put it on (i found out im allergic to it after coming to work all red with puffy eyes), all in all that technique works for me

when im applying foundation/comcealor, i put setting spray on my sponge so it lasts longer!! and also wait 5 mins between steps like moisturiser, primer, foundation etc!!
