i’ve eaten nothing but greek yogurt with protein powder and raspberries, and sweet potatoes with egg and ketchup for WEEKS i’ve gone though 4 bags of sweet potatoes and 9 huge greek yogurt tubs from costco

I've noticed alot of people with really bad ED will be fat , it's the body trying to keep you alive, the longer I had my ED the easier it becomes to gain weight
