I always get confused. what kind of bra should you be measuring yourself with. I can seem more flat until they are lifted. how does that affect the sizing.

how do you know what you are? I've never been properly measured. Also I gave up in wearing them cuz I can never find any that fit right.

I have smallish cups & use to wear a 38C. Due to weight gain in other areas I’m now in a 44D. How is this possible!! Like the size I wish I was when I was younger but added fat. 🤦🏻♀️

....Running to grab my measuring tape! I haven't been able to wear a bra comfortably for years. Just been winging it in sports bras.

I am also a 45.5 under, but fully unsupported, I am a 57 over. with a 'loose' (re: stretched out) bra on, that over goes down to a 55.5.
