@emilymeditates: I’ve decided to delete all social media for the month of August (and maybe beyond??) 🪐 Often being nap trapped with a newborn introduced a new level of time spent on social media & I just don’t like how it makes my brain and body feel. The times in my life I have felt the happiest, freest and most present 🌈 have been the times I’ve taken extended breaks from social media & spent way less time on my phone ❣️ I just don’t want to miss a moment w this sweet little family of mine 🐥 I’ll be taking 1:1 coaching clients & meditation students again this Fall – join the waitlist in my bio to be notified when! ✌️
