Honestly, I just wanna say it’s crazy how many people, surprisingly especially women are putting down other woman for her only doing 200 pounds. It’s not always about heavy weight lifting. There is other things like slow movements and high reps. Just a slight change in body positioning, can change what muscle group you’re working on even if it’s just a simple hit thrust. I think people need to be a bit more informed and do your research before they start hating on people for exercising not to their “standards”. Crazy it has to come to people putting other people down just to feel better. I’ve been going to the gym for about five years, plus now. I would never put down someone else’s self-esteem, to make myself feel good. Do better people.
