@deltabolic: ✅ DO THESE to Build BIGGER Shoulders (Dumbbells Only) 1️⃣ Front Raises – Use a neutral grip, start with the dumbbells at your sides, and lift straight in front. Great for targeting the front delts. 2️⃣ Lateral Raises – Start with the dumbbells held slightly in front of your thighs and raise them out and slightly forward. This better hits the side delts. 3️⃣ Rear Delt Flyes – Hinge at the hips, use a pronated grip (palms facing back), and raise the dumbbells out to the sides to hit the rear delts.
