Our feedback we got that we should work on, is our lines. Mind you we have 4 registers and there’s still a line, and we have glass ware we have to wrap. People are placing orders Or having a difficult return. Or returns with no receipt !! Don’t understand the complaints when they’re the cause lol

We’re always short staffed too and customers demand that I open more tills. Obviously I would if I could, why would I cause myself stress and get people mad on purpose if I had the choice?

I worked in a 1-on-1 store and there was a time where everyone was either checking someone out or helping a customer, and a woman just did not understand why I couldn't get someone to help her immediately when we were all busy

People were mad the lines to check out, the day before the 4th of July, were long. 🙄All check lanes were open and self check was open. It's the day before a major holiday. Plan better.

what really pisses me off is when I'm very clearly in the middle of helping another customer and they just walk up and start asking for/demanding something. like hellooo??? are you blind??

working in maccies and its the only mcdonald's in the area. it was really really busy one afternoon and the entire lobby was packed and I heard one customer ask why its taking so long for their food 💀

nooo literally like sometimes at my job it’s just me and one other person and if that person goes to break all the customers come up to the register and are like “is there someone at the customer service desk who could help me >:((((“ and i just have to stare at them and go “well it’s currently only me on the floor, what can i help you with”

Seriously, I had a lady who wanted me to go through the thousands of options for our underwear….mind you it was just 2 of us in the store and we had a line….then comes back the next day and complains about me and says I yelled at her, my SM was the 1 there with me, and who she complained to…my SM was on my side and told her that she could always go on our website and check there lol

I literally stepped away from til for less than a second and an old man YELLED at the top of his lungs “HELLO” twice I was like ??? Then served him and said “and that’s all done for you” and he went “what?” Like I had muttered under my breath and I was like it’s all done for you and he went “MM” Like bro get out

I get asked “Are you open?” Doesn’t look to see if my lights on or off. Or just walks in when my lights off. I will tell you I’m closed. I don’t want to hear your grumbles

Sometimes i don’t know if they’re just looking at the counter or want help, and they get nasty when i ask them if they need any help. i hate it when they go PLEASE. 😩

Biggest pet peeve/ ick is when a customer starts putting their stuff on the till then walk away and carry on shopping!! GET A BASKET!!! I HAVE OTHET CUSTOMERS TO SERVE. U CANT JUST CLAIM YOUR PLACE IN THE QUEUE IF YOUR STILL SHOPPING!!! AHHHHHHHH
