@brokerfordevelopers: I kid you not, I have had this exact same conversation every single time I have had listing. It’s always either a fly-by-night real estate investor or an agent who’s trying to be slick, and my response is always the same…the seller is willing to take list price. As a buyer feel free to offer whatever works for you.
