I have set one of my passwords to an affirmation about myself. So I tell myself it several times a work day and do actually think it is helping me rewire!

as a marketer, your content is great, but your lighting needs to be better and brighter! if it was cleaner and more crisp, maybe natural or white light, it'd portray a more professional and authoritative stance and people will be more inclined to engage and listen 🥰

I am a lover of positive affirmations but how do you get outsiders to stop from being triggers with their actions and words so that I CAN remember these positive, self loving words...especially with an autism diagnosis. I know who I am. It's others that try to continually break you down until you quit and give up.
