no you're so right about the not hating being fat but hating how people treat fat people. A BIG part of what triggered my ED was less a desire to look better but a desire to be treated better by those around me and thinking the only way to do that is to be their definition of physically appealing. I fully think I wouldn't have struggled with eating for so long if people didn't treat fat people like garbage for just existing.
