@chelseyrosehealth: Postpartum weight fluctuations have been REAL. I feel like I experienced a drastic drop in weight right away due to stress + starting to breast feed but then weight started creeping back in as I had a bit more time to eat like a normal person but then that was paired with accumulated stress, lack of sleep and a busy schedule. As a trainer and just someone who’s been active for decades, I felt like I gave myself plenty of time to ease back into things and I started with core connection before my 6 week check up. But once I started to pick up the weights again I went from 0-100 and just noticed that even though my body felt good, I had to acknowledge that my core still needed consistency in the exercises that feel boring. But luckily the results of doing the boring over and over and over again are starting to not only show but I’m starting to feel them show up in the exercises I love doing. So this is just your reminder to stay consistent with the boring even though you’re dying to pick up the pace. It’s necessary and makes all the difference. #postpartum #postpartumcore #strengthtrainingforwomen #femalefitnesscoach #workoutinspo #onlinepersonaltrainer
