I’ve watched it and I thought they went together on that grand tour but he got worse so she went again but this time on her own, and then she became a teacher just like him but he still wasn’t dead just slowly dying because in the last scene they are in that bed together I didn’t think he was dead like so that’s a dead body. I’m super super confused !!!
