Create a schedule! Write everything down in a spreadsheet! To include sounds and what you are filming. But also have moments to just talk and save the videos. Do it in a bunch!!

I am also in this position where I have to do this at another level because I’m an educator and I start work in August. I use the app Trello to help me with accomplishing task so that I’m not relying on brain cells the whole time. But I too need this support as well. Let’s stay in touch!

If you don’t want to pay and don’t need to have a dynamic VISUALIZATION for the most organized and aesthetic grid, just use excel sheet with drop down menus. I can share a free template if you give me a few days.

I relate to this, I’m also figuring it out as I go! I’m working toward having a system in place by winter latest (giving myself time to learn and reshape in the meantime) that works with my full time job. but I think having series really helps me, then categorizing ideas between higher lift and lower lift in regards to edits, energy, output. My main struggle rn is having TOO much content and not enough time to edit it, so my system clearly needs dedicated editing days.

I think it’s just being organize in how you move through life. Like look at your week and see what could be considered content worthy and then see how you can take that one thing and turn it into 3 different content pieces (: then do that for every event/experience and then plan time for editing! I bounce between planning and just doing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
