Wow! Must be a new nurse. At my school, the nurse knows each kid and the medicine/medical conditions. Even with newer kids, there is a system in place. The office staff know too, like who has diabetes or seizures.

When my daughter was in the 2nd grade the nurse called and said my daughter grabbed pills out of her hand and took it come to find out she gave my daughter had medicine and made it seem like daughter took it from her but the nurse just handed it to her without looking

No better then my sons school. They allowed him to take his own medicine. He’s 5. He would take it out the case and basically had to make sure it was his. The nurse said she was teaching him responsibility. 🙄 we only found out because he dropped all of the pills on the floor
