sab ko har roz 8 hours ki need nhi ye age py depend karta hai. jese jese agr barhti hai wese wese sleep cycle ki requirement kam hoti jati hai . ( aksar bachy 10..12 ghanty soty or aged 4 say 6 ) jo k normal hai
