I learned that the HARD way, gave up my beautiful 3BR2BA condo in an exclusive neighborhood, it was $1100 and the landlord never raised the rent. I let it go and sold my furniture to move in my ex bf raggedy house🙄 I pumped so much money into that situation, less than a year later, I moved into an apartment 1BR1BA for $1000🙄 not nearly as nice as what I had before. NEVER AGAIN
