I had a black snake out in my yard that was at least 5 feet long rear it head up like a cobra and even saw it go up a tree and nobody believed me, but I know I saw this and then the next day there was a little baby snakes everywhereNever got over it.

Have I got a story for you! Went to a brand new park as a kid! Snake falls out of tree and lands directly beside me. Already had a phobia of them In high school, finally get talked into going again. History repeats itself. Do not go again until almost q5 years later for a friend's kids bday! I bet you think you know where this is headed. Wrong. Two snakes fall, hit the canopy im hiding under, then slither away. One climbs up under my friends car, the other in mine.

Grew up in the south - yes, snakes can jump out of trees etc - they can be quite aggressive.

My brother got bit in the face mowing near tree limbs and brush.The worst thing was ihe thought he was hit by flying debris from the mower. After his face swelled and he could see the two fang bites. Never saw the snake, but they have a lot of snakes on the property.
