I was genuinely disgusted when I heard about this. • • She had TWO KIDS in her trunk and they’d been there for over a year. Her name’s Nicole Johnson. She’s 33. And her own sister trusted her to watch her babies Joshlyn, who was 7, and Larry, who was 5. It was supposed to be temporary. Just helping out. But Nicole takes them to this motel in Baltimore… and at some point she gets mad at Joshlyn for taking something. So she starts hitting her. And allegedly, Joshlyn falls and hits her head on the floor. And she doesn’t wake up. So what does Nicole do? She panics, grabs a suitcase, and puts her inside it. Not a call to 911. Not a single word to their mom. She just zips this little girl up and leaves her there. For a year. And then a whole year later, she says Larry told her he was tired and wanted to lie down in the car. And at some point, she says… he stopped breathing. So she takes a plastic tote—like one of those big storage bins—and puts him in there. And sets him right next to his sister. In the same trunk. And still says nothing. Their mom is probably texting her like “How are they? Can I see them?” and Nicole is literally out here ignoring the messages and carrying on like nothing happened. Then finally—finally—in July of 2021, she gets pulled over for speeding. The officer walks up and immediately smells something. That awful, sour, rotting smell. And he asks her what’s in the trunk and she’s like “It’s just blankets.” But when he opens it… He sees the blanket. Then the suitcase. Then the maggots. He’s panicking, he’s gagging, his voice is shaking—and when they finally open everything up, they find both kids. Both of them. And Nicole’s just standing there going “I didn’t know what else to do.” No tears. No breakdown. Not even a fake apology. And then when the autopsies come back? Joshlyn was 7 years old and weighed 18 pounds. Larry was 5 and weighed 21. Those are toddler weights. Literal toddler weights. That’s not just neglect. That’s starvation. And even after all that—she didn’t cry. She didn’t show an ounce of guilt. She didn’t care.
