INGREDIENTS: - green beans (washed and picked) - mirin - rice vinegar - gochujang - miso paste - black pepper - honey METHOD: - to a medium heat pan add 2-3 tbsps of avocado or neutral oil - add your green beans. Make sure they are dry! - sautee 3-5 minutes until they easily bend - cut the heat and add your sauce - sautee 1-2 more minutes and enjoy!
