@jennyherriot: Since it’s the Sunshine Coast marathon tomorrow, and my 1 year anniversary of being in hospital, I thought I’d do a story time of what actually happened. I’m so proud of myself for how far I’ve come and heart health is no joke!! It was my brother who told me to go to A&E for my chest pain because I didn’t think much of it. Also remembering that your body isn’t invincible and rest is good and reducing your stress levels makes such a difference on your overall health, just slowing down !!!
