You know I think it was so sad that the patriarchy forced, bullied, and intimidated women to age before their time! I look back at my grandmothers who looked so old and unhappy at my age! I used to hear them talk about the women who refused to “age gracefully” and kept up with living by exercising and staying strong and maintaining their health! I refused to be like my grandmothers and great grandmothers I will continue to try to stay healthy and strong for as long as I can!
