One thing I don’t understand about cash ins anymore. It used to be the champion had to be able to stand up and defend themselves before you could cash in and you couldn’t touch them before the cash in. Is all that out the window now? I know that if it is, it has been for years but I don’t understand how Mr./Mrs. Money in the Bank can basically just lay on top of a limp body now.
