I left a job as I was dealing with a toxic narcissist. I was there 26 years. I knew that I had to leave. I suggested to my boss he makes me redundant. I got a nice sum of money that the bully knew nothing about. karma was served and I've had a few months off to recover and look for another job but have enough money to do it at my own pace.

I have a co worker, complete bully, if you make a mistake she makes you feel terrible about it and asks why you made the mistake. No HR in the company just the owner. Don't know what to do as it's wearing me down

I’ve never taken any notice of idle gossip or people making up rumours. I go by how the person in question treats me I don’t follow and make my own path in wherever or whatever I’m doing.

I flipped the switch. He was constantly on my case. Lost my shit with him told him some home truths in front of other colleagues he hasn’t said a word to me since. coming up 4 months now and it’s bliss 😂😂

it's been a year now - being targeted by older colleagues (women) for promotion (as line manager) after only 1yr of working. i followed this advice, it works but now they say that I don't care about their needs as a manager.
