I just eat a lot of protein and fiber at breakfast, I eat my fave treats in moderation and then walk ALOT and lift weights and do steep hiking that’s what helped me

what about matcha as the caffeine for the day? i get really jumpy on regular coffee because i don’t ever really consume caffeine. i like matcha BUT i heard it inhibits your iron absorption and i feel that may be an issue for me🥲
