You are inflating Neymar’s time at psg, he self proclaims his prime for some reason to psg and maybe because that’s here he truly got a free role there but as a footballer he was utilized better at Barca obviously. Nonetheless he was brought to psg to be the main guy which he wasn’t Mbappe took that after a year and to bring global recognition which he brought and trophies such as the ucl to psg which he didn’t do he was however injured and overall absent from the team and failed to be the proper leader of the dressing room hense the tension between Mbappe and Neymar and failed on his personal goal of winning a ballondor. Nonetheless if he claims his best was at psg then his best was pretty mediocre for the caliber of player he was and he was signed to be. 222m was an astronomical price to inflate the market make a statement and they risked Neymar’s professionalism which idk if anyone’s seen the dude but he has none. Plan b was Mbappe and they did well but no ucl in the end.

PSG was neymar’s team just like how Barca was messi’s and real was Ronaldo’s. Not only did psg broke the market, the fact that Neymar played at psg in his prime definitely made psg a very attractive club to go to for a lot of players.
