advice from someone who gave birth last year: don’t think about it until it’s happening and when it’s happening just remember it’s only a few hours to a few days and you can do anything for 60 seconds

I had my baby without epidural (personal choice) and everyone told me the worst part would be the so called “ring of fire”…. I didn’t feel it at all… when they put the baby in me I hadn’t even realised Elbe was already out ahah it looks scary now but our bodies are meant to do this it will be okay :)

my daughter didn't fit in any of the newborn clothes....she was born a week early and went straight into 3-6 months. luckily I was already having a c section because I gave birth to a toddler!!

I was induced at 37 weeks but I chose to do an epidural. Didn’t feel a thing! God bless that medicine. It’s was 23 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing. Again, epidural=godsend

I’ve birth 3 babies no pain meds (1 not by choice) and people truly love to tell you horror stories. The worst part for me with all 3 was when I felt like I was gonna throw up and I said “I can’t do this!” Then I birthed a human shortly after. Get in a positive headspace and you’ll do amazing

ok ok but the skull isn't fused so it's not the full round baby head that comes through. have you gotten an estimated weight by any chance? As a mom of an 8.9 lb 36 week and. 10.7 lb 39 week baby... you got this ❤️
