I jus finished hell quest and he left some things out. Listen if ur gonna do the ring 1-3, have a squad of 3 that u can vc with, the bosses are very hard and u need to do them properly. After killing ring 1 boss, ring 2 u have to kill the owl, however the owl drops something, i believe its the 3rd book fragment, everyone in ur party has to have the book fragment in order to fight the boss in ring 2. After beating the owl, u have to do a parkour stage to get to the boss. Once u complete ring 2 boss u have to talk to an npc which gives u ur true shikai and then she opens the gate to ring 3. Ring 3 is just the boss, but this boss is the hardest. Once u defeat him, you will be teleported into the maze, search the requirements up for whatever race u have. After the maze its the library and then the afk 10-12 hours. Also its recommended that once u start ring 2, u guys dont leave the game, because trying to get into the same ring 2 again is insanely hard, and u would have to beat ring 1 again, same with when going to ring 3.
