Lately, it’s been tough for me to accept how my body looks during this recovery season. I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t affected my confidence. But what I’ve learned is this: 💡 Everything is temporary. Your body is always changing, just like your strength, your mood, your capacity, your energy. 💗The beautiful thing about fitness is that your current state doesn’t define your future. You can change your body. You can feel stronger again. But that only happens if you keep going, even when you don’t love where you’re at right now. What helps the most? 👉🏻Having a plan you know is moving you forward. 👉🏻Showing up before you feel ready. 👉🏻Getting support from someone who sees the bigger picture…even when you don’t.
