Got no tune yet I pop with a small tap on decel. Those “baby pops” are honestly enough for me so could only imagine with the test pipes I still gotta throw on and a tune. Main point here is a simple down pipe or test pipes without a tune gets you some sort of small pops in most cars don’t see the point of getting more for like bro said a bigger maintenance bill especially those who drive there burble tuned whips almost daily

Burbles aren’t bad if it comes naturally from your car. (BMW, Porsche , etc) Tuning your car for pops yes it’s bad, unless you’re tuned using overrun overrun is the best way to have pops rather than pop map.
