He did lie and he didn't keep his word. He was emotionally chaotic. The gaslighting was a betrayal. I suddenly saw a monster in him. It pushed me away. It felt unsafe. He was unhealed and I all I was trying to do was love him to help him heal but now I don't believe he really wants to heal.

i made promise never to leave him and kept them until it was at my (mental) expense. I only asked him to make one promise which he could easily have kept and he didn't... Don't you think women aren't scared? Do you think it is easy to open up and show our vulnerable self? ... It's not a men only thing. Both parties are to be held accountable. After what he did and did not do, in his stead, I could look at myself in the mirror anymore without feeling deep regret and shame. And the saddest part, it didn't need to go so far... Very very sad

The lying to yourself!! Sheesh. Yes, We peep it all & give grace & support you bcus we love you. It’s ok to not have it all together & you don’t have to pretend or sell me a dream. Ego will destroy you. Honesty & vulnerability is the way we grow, learn & trust.
