Im 66 and every little thing jump kicks back up. Atfer covid, ir came back for a few years then I was good again, then I had a total knee replacement and it came back again. I'm back to carrying my fan, rooms staying cold and sweating like crazy. Makeup is no longer a part of getting dressed.

Yupp and I just had my 3rd reaction to Estradiol. I've tried 3 different delivery methods and reacted to all 3 of them. I've got one more to try and if I react to it, I'm living without estrogen for the rest of my life which means I'll never sleep again!

Nooooo.... My friends said it would be ok again, I just have to wait 2-3 years after my last period. Mind you, I'm still in perimenopause, my periods are still regular. I'm 49, I've had enough.
